Proper intake of water & fluids is also very important for good digestion. Light meals should be taken at nighttime & at least 2 hours before going to bed. Hyperacidity, constipation, gas, irritable bowel syndrome & fatty liver are some common problems. An unhealthy lifestyle such as smoking, poor sleep, and intake of too much fried or high-calorie food increases the risk of developing Gastric Problems.

1. Acidity
