AllergicProblems
In Ayurveda, the allergy symptoms, like congestion, running nose, watery eyes, breathing difficulty, and sneezing are described as an accumulation of the Kapha dosha.
Ayurveda believes that an imbalance of the three Doshas Vata, pitta & kapha can cause allergies. When Doshas are imbalanced, allergic reactions aggravate, and due to a weak immune system accumulation of toxins occurs in the body. When this condition continues for a prolonged period, the allergy becomes a chronic problem, like allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, or bronchial asthma.
