• DESCRIPTION

This is an advanced-level course covering all the major concepts of Ayurveda science. This course covers all the introductory & basic concepts, along with the advanced topics like Ayurvedic methods of diagnosis and the concept of Ayurveda detoxification – Panchakarma. This course is designed for people who want to start their journey in Ayurveda up to a certain extent, to help themselves, their families, and dear ones. You can also directly go for this course, without first having to go for the basic course, as all the advanced and basic concepts are covered under this course. This course enables you to understand and cover all the aspects of Ayurveda science and basic working knowledge to contribute more towards keeping yourselves and your family and friends healthy and strong.

This course has the following units –
Unit 1 – Basic principles & philosophy of Ayurveda
Unit 2 – Concept of Doshas (The biological humors)
Unit 3 – Concept of Dhatu, Updhatus, and Mala (The tissues and the excreta’s)
Unit 4 – Prakriti – The body constitution
Unit 5 – Concept of Agni (biological fire) and Ama (the undigested elements)
Unit 6 – Concept of Supporting Pillars of Ayurveda
Unit 7 – Dinacharya (the daily regimen) and Ritucharya (the seasonal regimen)
Unit 8 – Ayurveda Pharmacology – Dravyaguna
Unit 9 – Ayurvedic ways of diagnosis
Unit 10 – Panchakarma – The detoxification concept of Ayurveda

Course Duration: Minimum 45 days – Maximum 6 Months
Requires: 45 hours of study in total (flexible, spread throughout the study)
