Do you know why Makhan Mishri is a favorite of Lord Krishna?
Do you know about WISDOM FOOD?
Do you know that White butter is immensely good for our bodies?
In Ayurvedic Samhitas, Aacharya Vagbhata described the properties of Makhan (Butter) & Mishri.
Makhan or white butter is made by the churning of curd, then the supernatant part is white butter & remnant is Chach (Buttermilk). This buttermilk is also beneficial. Only Pasteurized butter is harmful because it is made by different chemical processes, but white butter is produced by the natural churning process.
The same is in the case of Mishri. Mishri & sugar both have different properties. Sugar is harmful because it is cleaned by chemicals, but mishri is made of KHAND. With white butter, you can also use Gud ( Jaggery) instead of mishri. Mishri is also beneficial in patients who have the problem of low blood pressure.
White butter is rich in Vit. A has different enzymes & anti-aging properties. According to ancient literature, taking one teaspoonful (7gm) of butter or gaughrit every day is really good for health. It is a high-calorie food, but if you have a track on your whole day's calories, it will be beneficial to add white butter to your daily routine. 100 gms of white butter has 750 cal, but again one gm oil contains 9 cal & one gm butter has 7 cal, so it is good to use white butter instead of oil.
